AVV. ADRIANO SCREPONI
FOUNDER
After completing the classical studies (with honor) in 1988, Adriano Screponi obtained his degree in law in 1993, at the La SAPIENZA University in Rome, with thesis in Bankruptcy Law "The insolvency of The SIM" with vote 110/110 summa cum laude.
He completed the obligatory two years internship in a well-known Roman law firm operating in the civil field, specializing in bankruptcy where he remained for about two years after having passed the exam with which he acquires the title of lawyer.
He obtained the qualification to practice the profession of lawyer in Rome in 1995/1996 and enrolled in January 1997 at the local professional order (BAR).
In September 1998 he founded the homonymous law firm in Rome, Viale di Villa Massimo N. 39 (where it is still located); the Firm bacame Screponi & Partners a as a result of the consolidation of the relationship with his collaborators and colleagues. From 2009 he is authorized to practice at the higher jurisdictions.
Partners of the firm are the lawyers Maria Teresa Balistreri and Federica Bizzoni who have worked with Adriano Screponi for many years, just after the foundation of the study.
In 2018 the firm opens a headquarters in Boston in the USA and Adriano Screponi divides between the two locations.
There are several lawyers and external professionals (accountants, notaries, financial and corporate consultants) with whom the firm has been collaborating for many years and which constitute a network that allows to provide its customers with assistance and consultancy in many sectors (areas), also different from those in which the study is specialized.
AVV. MARIA TERESA BALISTRERI
PARTNER
After completing the classical studies, Maria Teresa Balistreri obtained her degree in law in 1996 at the La Sapienza University in Rome with vote 108/110. completed the obligatory two years internship in a Roman law firm that operated in the civil area where he worked until 1999.
In 2000 he began the professional collaboration with the Law Firm of Adriano Screponi as a qualified practitioner; she obtains, then, the qualification to practice the profession of lawyer and remains until today in the study of which she is currently partner.
From 2005 to 2008 he carries out external legal consultancy for a group of companies operating in the telecommunications sector gaining experience in the corporate field.
Since 2017 it has an external collaboration with Roman patronage where it carries out legal consultancy, judicial and out of court, in the civil area, in particular in the field of family and tutelary law as well as lease of buildings. From 2019 she is authorized to practice at the higher jurisdictions.
AVV. FEDERICA BIZZONI
PARTNER
After completing the scientific studies, Federica Bizzoni obtained her degree in law in 2001 at the La Sapienza University in Rome..
She spent the obligatory two years internship in two different Roman law firms that operated in the civil and criminal where he worked for two other years.
In 2005 she began the professional collaboration with the Law Firm of Adriano Screponi as a qualified practitioner; she obtains in 2006 the qualification to practice the profession of lawyer and remains until today in the study of which she is currently partner.
In 2007 founded in Amatrice the Law Firm located, after earthquake that hit the village, in the C.C. il Corso.
She has many areas of expertise developed over the years thanks to the consultancy provided to companies, organizations and insurance companies.
From 2018 she is authorized to practice at the higher jurisdictions.
